What's the cost and party size requirement?
Can the hibachi chef cook indoors?
How does weather affect the event?
- Rain: host needs to provide cover (tent/patio cover) to keep the chef and grill dry.
- Wind: strong winds may reduce or limit fire tricks/entertainment, but cooking still happens.
- Extreme heat/cold: tables can be set up indoors or in the garage while the chef cooks outside and brings food in.
What's the cancellation and deposit policy?
No deposit is required — payment is due the day of the event (cash preferred;
Zelle/Venmo/credit card accepted with fees). Cancellations need at least 1–2 weeks’ notice; unresponsive bookings get auto-cancelled.
What do I need to provide vs. what does Hibachi On Fire provide?
You provide: event location, tables/chairs for all guests, table setup (plates, utensils, napkins, cups), and a clear/flat grill space. They provide: the hibachi grill, the meal, complimentary sake, and entertainment.
