• "Weather Condition" : If it rains or too sunny, customer required to provide some type of covering for the chef to cook under so they can stay dry & cool. We can cook under tents, and patios OR if customer need to reschedule, we will accommodate it. No Problem!
• "Serving area" : Fort Worth, Southlake, Keller, Colleyville, Arlington, Irving, North Richland Hills, Saginaw, Haslet, Ponder, Dallas, Mansfield, Burleson, Denton, McKinney, Frisco, Plano and ..... We will drive to your desired & requested location (Travel Fee may vary based on location)
• "Travel Fee Policy" : The company will charge a traveling fee according to the specific address
if travel more than 20 miles away from zip code 76137 will be charged $2/mile up to 100 miles. This will help on our transportation costs. Price may vary based on location.
• "Gratuity" is NOT include on the invoice. Suggested gratuity is 18-20% of total invoice.
Gratuity go directly to the chef and greatly appreciated.
*Party of 10-19 people : Gratuity will not add to the invoice.
*Party of 20 people and more+ : 20% gratuity will be add to the invoice.
• "Deposit & Payment" : There is no deposit required. Payment are due at the day of the event. Payment Method : CASH (Preferably) or Zelle ,Venmo (Fee apply) & Credit card (Fee apply)
• "Cancellations / Rescheduled" : Please notify us at least 1 week in advanced since we are not take a deposit from you to secure your event date. Even though, You have booked your date/time with us already. When our scheduler try to reach you several times with no response or not hear back from you at all. We will automatically cancel your booking.
• "Waiting Period /Time" : We can wait for the guests to show up the most 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Please help us make sure with all your guests to come on time.
Your time frame is 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes.
• "Food Orders" : Once your date/time has been booked & confirmed with the scheduler.
We will remind you in advance to place the orders 1-2 weeks before your scheduled date.
You will need to provide us all your guests order 1 week in advance.
• "Food Allergies" : Please mention to us if you have any concerns and we will inform the chefs.
